Specifications include, but are not limited to:The uniformed security guard is to provide security services for the agency building from 7:45am until 5:15pm each day (47.5 hours per week) that the agency is open for business (Monday through Friday). B. The uniformed security guard will monitor the building for entering and exiting employees and visitors. The guard will walk each floor occupied by the agency each day at 7:45am and 5:00pm to check for unauthorized persons and for general security of the building. C. This contract shall not be assigned or subcontracted without the written consent of the agency. D. Compliance: The Vendor shall: 1. Have a valid Guard Company License issued by, and be in good standing with the Texas Private Security Board of the DPS and have current licenses, registrations and permits for all its security personnel as mandated by local, state and federal requirements. 2. Submit a copy of the current Guard Company license with their bid submission. Failure to submit copy will result in disqualification of the bid submission. 3. NOTE: If a license or permit is verified and found to have any type of investigative hold by the Texas Private Security Board of the DPS or any other agency, the bid submission may be disqualified
