The Cybersecurity and Technology (CT) Directorate within OA conducts independent audits of USPS systems, programs, and processes to evaluate the cybersecurity posture and operational readiness in leveraging technology to support business operations and mail delivery. The directorate performs comprehensive performance audits, which adhere to internal standards as well as generally accepted government audit standards. Some audits require technical assessments, which include but are not limited to penetration testing, source code reviews, compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, and network and vulnerabilities assessments. The directorate is seeking support that will provide in-depth research materials, technical support to advise specific audit inquiries, and best practices to support various audit findings. Note that the directorate is not seeking support in conducting audits or technical assessments.
