Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase two will include interior demolition as required to make spaces for a new Interview Room, Holding Room and Search Room, along revise Bag Search Room. With expansion of all the security systems installed in Phase One. See demolition plan on sheet A1.1 Phase Two. General build-back of new rooms will include new walls and ceilings, paint and base, and floor covering, all required lighting, power &data, A/C grilles & registers, required security devices, doors, hardware and required furniture. Ceilings in the three new spaces shall be two layers 5/8" gypsum board over 9 gauge wire mesh and all new light fixtures, registers and grilles shall be prison type and all light switches and controls will be outside the rooms.Exterior walls of the new Interview Room and Search Room will be replaced with two layers of 5/8" gypsum board placed over 9 gauge wire mesh form floor to roof structure.1lLayer 5 / 8“ gypboard elsewhere. Suspended acoustical ceilings and light fixtures outside new spaces will be reconfigured as required and all walls will be repainted.
