Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm(s) will be responsible for the providing services as appropriate for each project, by utilizing proven tools and methods, to provide an objective third party evaluation of candidates strengths and developmental needs in relation to a specific job or organizational role. The proven methods shall be utilized to measure, compare, and benchmark candidates competencies, potential, and cultural fit. The firm will provide comprehensive verbal and written reports that give a detail and summary of the assessments findings, recommendations, and suggestions. Respondent will provide a detail of the Executive Assessment Process to include the following: Describe the process, methods, tools and time commitment to assess a candidate Explain how your approach has been validated to meet EEO requirements Discuss what characteristics are assessed and what might be learned from each Describe what information will be provided of a candidates skills, abilities and personal characteristics Describe and explain what assessment competencies are utilized by the firm Explain the format and type of feedback and debriefing will be provided
