Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Scope of Work to describe the requirements for unarmed security service for theTarrant County College Opportunity Center and adjacent parking lots. The general scope of work shall beto supply all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide appropriate unarmedsecurity guard services at TCOC.General performance criteria shall include but not be limited to providing an unarmed security guardservice to:1. Control public access to the facility and related premises during hours specified.2. Perform inspection, detection and investigation of all security-related incidents, violations ofregulations and matters of public safety and report same to TCC Dispatch 817-515-8911 andappropriate authorities.3. Immediately report any breaches of security procedures, unauthorized access or unusual orsuspicious activity to the site. Submit written reports of these incidents that are legible, timelyand inclusive of all pertinent information and actions taken.4. Prepare and submit weekly written reports.5. Respond promptly and appropriately to all security-related emergencies
