Respondent will be responsible for providing the following services: 1. Exhibition Research and Content Development a. Collaborate with Texas A&M’s curatorial staff and university archives to develop accurate and engaging exhibit content. b. Identify and contextualize key artifacts, images, documents, and stories relevant to the 150-year history of the university. 2. Design Services a. Develop a cohesive exhibition design concept, including layout, color schemes, materials, and thematic flow. b. Produce graphic design elements, including interpretive panels, labels, and signage. c. Design and plan digital and multimedia components to enhance visitor engagement. 3. Fabrication and Production a. Fabricate all exhibition components, including custom artifact mounts, interpretive panels and signage, lighting elements and multimedia and digital interactive features b. Ensure all materials are durable, museum-quality, and appropriate for long-term display. 4. Installation a. Deliver and install all exhibition elements in the designated gallery space. b. Coordinate with university facilities and gallery staff to ensure proper installation, safety, and security of all elements. 5. Accessibility a.
