1. Event Staffers are a very important aspect of our business. When patrons arrive at any of our facilities, Ticket Takers are usually the first person the patron encounters. If the patron has questions or concerns while attending the event, they typically look for an Event Staffer. Therefore, it is extremely important that all Event Staff Personnel make a very favorable impression on our patrons. They must present a neat and clean appearance and always have proper attire. They must greet each patron with a smile and cheerful attitude. Everyone likes to be greeted with a cheerful hello and a warm smile. It is the primary goal of the Event Staff to make the patron feel welcome and have a pleasant experience at our facility. 2. Work Locations and Conditions Event Staff may be assigned to work at outdoor locations such as city parks, streets, or other designated event spaces in addition to the listed facilities. Staff must be able to perform duties in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or humidity, and must arrive prepared with appropriate weather-appropriate gear as directed by the Event Supervisor. 4. Personnel needs vary for each event. There is no standard or set number of personnel guaranteed. Staff needs will be determined and assigned before each event. 5. The Event Supervisor will specify the time for Event Staff to arrive and depart from each event. All Event Staff are to be at their post thirty (30) minutes prior to doors opening to the general public. This allows time for the Event Supervisor to advise the Event Staff of any special instructions and for the Event Staff to familiarize themselves with the facility. 6. No food or beverage is allowed in any of the event facilities.
