Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Austin (“City”) is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified vendor (“Contractor”) or vendors to provide tree and vegetation management services. Services may include but are not limited to brush clearing, stump grinding, tree planting, tree pruning, tree removal, vegetation pruning, and vine removal, along with associated debris removal, integrated pest management, land restoration, and traffic control services. These services will occur in City forests, drainage easements, medians, parks, properties, right-ofway, and roads, including line-of-sight maintenance and clearance. The contract will be used by Austin Energy, Austin Public Health, Austin Public Library, Austin Water, Aviation, Building Services, Development Services, Parks and Recreation, Transportation and Public Works, and Watershed Protection departments on an as-needed basis.
