Where warranted and agreed with member, review and decide on corrective measures (with or without physical hardware (stakes, cables, etc)) to preserve/repair a problem area f. Tree Removal and Dismantling g. Storm Damage cleanup h. Tree Repair i. Cabling/support systems installation j. Lightning protection systems installation k. Stump grinding services l. Upright failed/partially failed trees as appropriate m. Soil reconditioning, soil nutrition (fertilization) and root rot management to restore damaged root systems n. Tree Preservation Services: minimizing damage during construction o. Tree Risk Assessment p. Tree disease, pest and nutrition diagnosis and management q. Meet and agree on specific scope of work with member r. Seasonal Trimming and Pruning, ie Crepe Myrtles. s. Shredding / mulching of waste landscape material either for haul off or relocation on members site for mulch t. Post-storm cleanup, access restoration, and removal of felled trees and branches II. Periodic Landscaping Service a. Detailed landscape/site maintenance b. Landscape enhancements c. Make seasonal color recommendations and install, change, or remove seasonal color d. Tractor mowing e. Plant health care; organic or traditional f. Weed control g. Broadcast fertilization h. Aeration i. De-thatching j. Over-seeding k. Levee repair l. Irrigation inspection and repair m. Water auditing services n. Retention Pond Cleaning and maintaining o. Full service arbor care p. Other related items as needed I would make sure the below are included in list items: q. Add mulch to a member specified or agreed depth in flowerbeds r. Remove dead shrubs s. Price minor shrub replacements or enhancements as directed by member t. Insect/Pest control u. Leaf/debris blowing, bagging, and haul off v. Flag damaged irrigation components for repair and price replacement as directed by member w. Winterizing irrigation systems x. Advise and make recommendations to prevent freeze damage both to susceptible plant material and water carrying components such as exposed pipes and valves
