The successful Respondents shall provide one or more of the following services: 1. Transportation Planning and Engineering Services a. Development of short-range and long-range transportation plans (LRTP, SLRTP, TIP, etc.) b. Corridor studies, travel demand modeling, and traffic simulation c. Multimodal transportation planning (including pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and micromobility) d. Transportation systems management and operations (TSMO) e. Regional and local mobility assessments f. Additional planning services related to transportation planning services 2. Transit Planning Services a. Feasibility studies and implementation planning for transit routes and systems b. Bus network redesigns, demand-response service models, and microtransit studies c. Title VI equity analyses, public engagement, and service development planning d. Coordination with FTA funding and grant support 3. Active Transportation and Complete Streets a. Bicycle and pedestrian master planning b. Safe Routes to School (SRTS) planning and programming c.
