Specifications include, but are not limited to: UNT System seeks to create a partnership with a professional training services firm to provide assistance to the BSC Project Team with process improvement. Knowledge of higher education, business process best practices, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS Green Belt) training experience, and business process redesign using Lean Six Sigma is preferred. The following are three (3) components that would provide the initial scope of work: 1- Conduct process improvement to three (3) to five (5) processes identified by the UNTS project team using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) within three (3) months of contract execution; 2- Deliver LSS Green Belt Training to at least eight (8) employees within thirty (30) days of contract execution (prefer per employee charge and expenses); and 3- Provide ongoing support for process improvement and Lean applications (prefer hourly/daily rate plus expenses).
