The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works (City) is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from experienced Program Management/Engineering firms (firms) who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide: A) Project A: Program management and Construction Management, Engineering, and Inspection Services (Pgm/CMEI) for the delivery of approximately 200 traffic signals currently under design (estimated construction budget is $75 M). Project A may be led by a program/project management firm but must include engineering firm(s) as part of the team to perform the CMEI functions. B) Project B: Construction Management, Engineering, and Inspection Services (CMEI) services for the Linfield Road pedestrian bridge over Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) and other pedestrian improvement projects located in the City of Dallas (estimated construction budget is $10 M). Project B must be led by an engineering firm. The city intends to hire a consultant for each of the listed projects. Furthermore, the approximate construction cost estimate is included for informational purposes only. The City reserves the right to adjust or revise the scopes to match funding allocation/availability as needed or as appropriated. (This RFQ is step-one in a two-step RFQ/RFP process).
