Project Description: The scopeof work for theNew BraunfelsHigh School Ad- ditions and Ren- ovations-Phase 2B-2D projectinvolves new con- struction (gymna- siums, fine artsauditorium, lockerrooms, etc.), ren- ovations of exist- ing buildings, andrelated site work. The project willinvolve phasedconstruction op- erations whileexisting portionsof the existingschool remainsfunctional. Tradepartners mustaccount for strictscheduling, logis- tics, and safetyrequirements. The Scope ofWork includesbut is not limitedto: Constructionwill encompassall major CSI divisions, includingbut not limited to:demolition, concrete, masonry,steel, millwork,waterproofing, roofing, doors,glazing, drywall,tile, flooring,painting, specialties, stagecurtains, athleticequipment, window treatments,MEP (Plumbing,HVAC, Electrical)and site work
