Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.0. Lawn Maintenance – General Scope of Work 1.1. All work noted herein 1.0 Lawn Maintenance – General Scope of Work shall be paid for either by specific item herein the RFP or subsidiary to other items. 1.2. Mow, weed eat and edge areas as dictated in Schedules “A” and “B”, weather permitting; 1.3. Trash, small debris, or other obstructions should be removed prior to LANDSCAPING. Contractor shall notify Town of any large material that prevents LANDSCAPING; 1.4. Fallen limbs shall be collected and removed from the property. 1.5. All areas should be mowed to a height dictated by the grass variety and weather or per Town specific instruction; 1.6. Areas that cannot be cut by mowers should be lined out with string trimmers or equivalent; 1.7. Edging should be provided to all sidewalks and curbs at each service visit during growing season and as needed during winter season (Method: line trim); 1.8. Monitoring/service frequency (each area should be inspected and attended to in accordance with Schedules “A” and “B”) 1.9. Reporting to the Town (monthly reporting on turf conditions and repairs required) 1.10. Clean, sweep and removal of all debris from off site and properly disposed. 2.0. Park Maintenance – General Scope of Work 2.1. All work noted herein 2.0 Park Maintenance – General Scope for Work shall be paid for either by specific bid item herein the RFP or subsidiary to other items. 3.0. Rights-of-Way (ROW) – General Scope of Work 3.1. Grass to be mowed in accordance with Schedules “A” and “B” to maintain an average height of 5”. 3.3. Clippings to be blown off the drives and walkways, but, not into the street. 3.4. Edging (string) when curb and gutter street present. 3.5. Edging (string) around utility poles, towers, guard rails and wires. Round Up or other chemicals may be used with prior permission. 3.6. Litter to be removed from area prior to LANDSCAPING.
