The scope of work for the option periods includes the contractor furnishing all labor, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, quality control, and nonpersonal services necessary to perform the specified area mowing services at the Town Bluff Project. The contractor?s responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, all aspects of job planning, scheduling, programming, administration, inspection, and overall management required to complete the work. The contractor shall ensure that all services are performed in full compliance with the terms of the contract, applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations, and any written directives issued by the Contracting Officer (KO).
