Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are Therapeutic Drug Monitoring services for Texas Center for Infectious Disease patients. A. Contractor shall provide therapeutic drug monitoring using high-performance liquid chromatography (“HPLC”) and gas chromatography (“GC”) for single and multiple drug concentration for the patients of the Texas Center for Infectious Disease (“TCID”) under the terms and conditions of this Contract and in accordance with all applicable requirements of federal, state or local laws, rules and/or regulations, third party reimbursement sources (public or private), or other reimbursement sources covering the Contractor’s services. B. Contractor shall ensure testing will be provided at costs of services to TCID based upon Contractor's fee schedule (Attachment B) as it is negotiated with TCID. C.
