The Waco Independent School District will be accepting online bid responses for businesses that can provide supplies, equipment and services for the Fine Arts Department, specifically for Theatre, Speech and Drama Departments. These materials and services will be used by the District on an as needed basis. This solicitation is being created to provide a list of vendors which can become awarded and utilized by the Departments. A list of such services is below, however this is not an all-inclusive list of services Costumes, Make-up, Decorations, Stage properties (including furniture) Rigging Equipment and light focusing Set Designs & Supplies One act play sets & supplies Plays & Musical publishing, printed sheet music Color Guard Equipment Choreography Drill & Color Guard Design Music Arranging Printing of tickets and playbills for theatrical productions Stage Curtains
