The required services to be provided are engagement between HHSC and the selected vendor to design, administer, and support a 360-degree leadership assessment initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to collect structured leadership feedback, provide measurable results, and supply HHSC with the tools and documentation needed to support leadership development planning in alignment with organizational strategy. By piloting this initiative with the executive leadership team, HHSC will establish a standardized process for gathering and reporting leadership feedback that can be expanded department wide. This SOW defines the expectations, scope, performance metrics, and deliverables for the pilot and any subsequent rollout.
