x Contractor will perform PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) /NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration on a forty-eight (48) month rotation of RaySafe X2 systems for x-ray and/or mammography depending on system setup and update base station as needed. x Contractor will service 17 x-ray systems RF (radio frequency) Probes only, 10 mammo systems (mammo probes only) that are due for calibrations in FY26. x Location of work: a. Systems will be delivered to the contractor’s lab for calibration. x Period of performance: a. Units will be two-year calibrated and delivered for calibration within plus or minus two months of the calibration due date. b. Calibrations will be charged per calibration with values for each type of probe calibration allowed and base system. c. If repair is required, the contractor will contact the Department to determine a course of action. x Deliverables schedule: a. Units will be delivered for calibration within plus or minus two months of the calibration due date. Units should be returned within 10 working days unless the department is notified of a delay. x Applicable standards: a. Service process certified to ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, and 17025, PTB/NIST traceable, Expertise in all X-ray modalities. x Acceptance criteria: a. Contractor maintaining lab certifications is sufficient to demonstrate compliance with calibration requirements. x Payment schedule: a. Breakdown format up to the vendor. Payment billed to Department of State Health Services, DSHS. x The Contractor should ensure the device is cleaned and updated before return.
