NATURE OF WORK The individual or firm contracted will be responsible for onsite inspections, sketching, and photographing the residential parcels selected by the Township Assessor. The Township Assessor will provide a list of approximately 1,180 residential parcels to be inspected within the tax year 2025. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Measure all buildings in a parcel. • Sketch the footprint of all buildings or update the existing sketch, if needed. • Photograph all buildings in the parcel (front, sides, and rear). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience required. • Requires possessing and maintaining a State Tax Commission Assessing Certification. • Proficiency in Apex Sketch v7. • Proficiency in Apex Sketch Portal. • Proficiency in PivotPoint Field App. • Proficiency in BS&A Assessing.NET The Township will provide one (1) tablet with PivotPoint and Apex Sketch Portal installed
