The Bidder will deliver advanced, hands-on cybersecurity support to small businesses located in Northwest Texas as part of the TSBCAC initiative. Services will include, but are not limited to: • Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) Support Up to 40 hours per business for 50 small businesses over two years, including: • System security plan development; • Policy creation; • Cybersecurity assessments; and • Incident response planning and exercises. • Cybersecurity Training and Education Guide small businesses through the Ladders of Cybersecurity Hygiene framework, tailored by industry, operating environment, goals, and strategy. This framework is divided into basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. • Additional Cybersecurity Services Provide other cybersecurity-related support as needed. • Client Documentation The Bidder shall record counseling notes for each client session in the CRM system and retain such documentation in compliance with TTU’s document retention policy.
