The Successful Respondent may provide assistance to the Comptroller in the following activities related to provision and management of peer reviewers, including but not limited to: Recruiting and providing qualified peer reviewers for assigned grant solicitations to perform the following tasks: Review solicitation documents, grant applications, and forms; Summarize grant applications and forms; Evaluate, score, and rank grant applications pursuant to the applicable solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria; and Otherwise provide the above-described services and deliverables in accordance with Comptroller instructions. Providing peer reviewers with applicable expertise and qualifications. Expected types of grant opportunities include recovery support services, treatment and coordination of care, prevention and public safety, and workforce development and training. Providing a sufficient number of peer reviewers to timely complete peer review. Each solicitation is expected to receive hundreds of applications, and peer review must be completed within 30 days of receipt of the applications. Further, OAFC may in some cases require each application to be evaluated by a minimum of 3 (three) peer reviewers. Successful Respondent must provide enough peer reviewers to meet the requirements of this paragraph.
