The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking bids for Texas Criminal and Traffic Law Manuals. Quantity: Approximately 13,000 books over 5 years. • Includes the complete text of certain sections of the Texas Codes and Statutes. These sections will be determined by DPS and a listing furnished to Respondent. • All code sections and statutes must be current as amended to include the enactments of the 2025 Texas 89th Legislative Regular Session. If a 2025 Texas 89th Legislative Special Session is called, all code sections and statutes must be current as amended to include the enactments of the Called Special Session. • Code sections and statutes must NOT contain Legislative History. • In addition to actual statutory language, the Texas Criminal and Traffic Law Manual must contain all chapter, title, and subtitle headings. • The table of contents located prior to each code in the Texas Criminal and Traffic Law Manual must contain all title, subtitle, and chapter headings. • All repeated statutes and codes should be noted.
