This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. Each awarded BPA will have up to a five-year Period of Performance (POP) with a minimum order value of $0.00 and up to a maximum capacity of $250,000.00.
