Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas A&M is seeking to contract with a qualified and experienced Consultant to conduct a market analysis andfeasibility study for the development of a Hotel and Conference Center on the Texas A&M campus in CollegeStation, Texas. While there are three primary campus sites (as indicated on the location map, AttachmentA) currently under consideration for the proposed Hotel and Conference Center facility, the intent of thisconsulting engagement is not solely restricted to these three primary campus sites. Texas A&M is opento possibly expanding the engagement to include an assessment of other potential campus locationswhich may be identified and subsequently recommended by the Consultant. Should this become aprivately-funded project, a non-subordinated ground lease will be negotiated with the successful developer for theselected site.
