The RESPONDENT(S) shall provide vending and food service solutions for the A&M–Fort Worth campus, at the locations listed below (the Premises). It is expected that RESPONDENTS will propose options for Services that reflect the highest and best use of the spaces at each location based upon the RESPONDENT’s own vision, products, delivery/business model, customer volume, and financial structure. The A&M System and Texas A&M-Fort Worth will evaluate all options proposed and select the best combination of solutions and service providers as deemed by the A&M System. The A&M System may select one RESPONDENT or multiple to meet the needs of A&M-Fort Worth. The A&M–Fort Worth campus is comprised of the existing School of Law and the Law and Education Building (LEB) that is currently under construction. The School of Law building is 190,000 gsf and is currently occupied, and the LEB will consist of eight stories with approximately 225,000 gsf. The LEB is scheduled to open in May 2026 for faculty and staff, followed by student occupancy for classes beginning in September 2026. Initial occupancy is anticipated to be approximately 600 and will grow to 2400 within twelve months, with a total planned future occupancy of 3450 faculty, staff, and students. While the A&M System has not yet granted approval, it is anticipated that the LEB will be followed by other projects located on adjacent lots that may include: • Research and Innovation Building - A (2028) – 250,000 gsf • Performance Visualization and Fine Arts Building (2027) – 30,000 gsf (Proposed) • Research and Innovation Building – B (2033) -250,000 gsf (Proposed) • Gateway building (2035) where the current School of Law is Located – 200,000+ gsf (Proposed)
