Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is soliciting proposals to provide “Texas 21st Century Community Learning Centers Texas ACE: Conferences & Meetings Coordination” in accordance with all requirements stated herein. Activities under this project include planning, development, and coordination of all aspects of one annual conference and one concurrent meeting of selected network participants. Eligible Proposers are nonprofit organizations, institutions of higher education, Education Service Centers, private companies, and individuals with extensive experience with conference and meeting planning and coordination for afterschool and summer programs such as Texas ACE programs. Current 21st CCLC grantees are not eligible to apply.
