Texas A&M Health, Center of Excellence in Forensic Nursing, Texas Teleforensic Remote Assistance Center (Tex-TRAC) is seeking proposals from interested respondents to add additional personnel to the Pool of Vendors for the Tex-TRAC TeleSANEs. Expert Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners will serve as experts providing timely, non-judgmental, compassionate, and trauma-informed care to patients requesting a medical forensic examination after a sexual assault via telehealth in partnership with an on-site Clinicians in rural and underserved areas of Texas. In addition, services are provided as an expert to Advocates, Clinicians, First Responders contacting the Tex-TRAC Toll-Free Hotline for guidance with matters involving care of a patient reporting sexual assault or other related issues.
