Description: Following the facility assessment conducted by Garver LLC, Terminal A will undergo a strategic reconfiguration & rehabilitation to upgrade aging infrastructure and modernize spaces to meet current airport standards. This includes improvements to hold rooms, restrooms, terminal finishes, and other key areas as well as a new passenger airside circulation corridor to connect Terminals A and B. Terminal B will receive targeted upgrades focused on Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), terminal finishes, curtain wall repairs, and Americans with Disabilities (ADA) upgrades. The designs will align with the aesthetic and functional characteristics of SAT’s TDP and SAT’s published design standards and will enhance the passenger experience, improve connectivity between terminals, and maximize passenger circulation, and improve operational efficiency.
