A. Claims Administration and Support Services 1. Proposer must have extensive experience in handling public entity workers’ compensation claims, preferably with a diverse service offering, including utilities, landfill, and sworn police and fire personnel. 2. Proposer must have a local office within 200 miles of the City’s main offices, with staff available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. 3. Proposer shall provide a list of all servicing personnel and resumes, including an account manager and adjusters with at least five (5) years of experience handling Texas public entity claims. 4. Proposer shall provide an initial implementation timeline followed by a detailed implementation plan upon contract award. 5. Proposer shall maintain service level agreements for claims processing. Provide a copy of established SLA and escalation procedures when not met. 6. Proposer shall handle all claims in compliance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and related laws. 7. Proposer shall provide comprehensive monthly claims reports including loss runs, financial summaries, and claim status. 8. The Proposer shall ensure timely submission of IRS Form 1099-MISC for all vendors. 9. All indemnity payments, medical provider payments, and vendor payments will be processed by the Proposer through a zero-fund balance account funded by the City. B.
