Objective The Awardee shall provide HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance, Capital Equipment, Services, Repair, Supplies, & Emergency Disaster Relief for Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 facilities for an initial contract period of one (1) year, with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional oneyear renewals. Finally, the Awardee must have experience and have an established, credible reputation for servicing large volume customers. GENERAL 1. Scope. a. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to correct, improve, replace or repair all HVAC Systems including ice machines and refrigeration equipment as required and upon proper authorization by a representative of Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6. b. Emergency services to be available on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven-day-a-week basis and provided within two (2) hours after notification by authorized District Personnel.
