Specifications include, but are not limited to: We are seeking a replacement VoIP system that is easy to administer and maintain. The new system would need to support the existing 185 VoIP phones, and also translate incoming DID’s to various analogue fax and building security services in multiple locations. The current setup has an Avaya gateway at 4 locations to help facilitate those analogue translations. Features we would like to see on the new system as options include call recording, call counting/logging, and smartphone app integration. The new system would need to handle SIP trunking in the future, but the current handoff from AT&T is ipflex with ISDN BRI handoff.
