The United Independent School District seeks proposals from qualified vendors to supply and support specialty printers for its Graphic Design Programs. These printers must be capable of high-resolution image printing, large-format printing, DTF printing, and UV printing. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering ongoing maintenance, essential supplies, comprehensive training, and dedicated technical support, ensuring the provided technology aligns with the district's curriculum and the latest industry standards. The district is looking to procure two specific specialty graphic art printers: 1) Versa OBJECT MO Series – Direct to Object Flatbed UV Printer: Roland Model MO-180; 2) Direct-to-Film Commercial Printer: Roland Model TY300; The purchase of the two specific specialty graphic art printers (MO-180 & TY300) is a one-time buy for the 2025-2026 school year. The purchase of other specialty graphic art printers may occur in the future, but is currently undetermined. Vendors are asked to submit a percentage discount off their catalog list prices in case future purchases are needed. This may or may not be an all-or-none bid. Only vendors/speakers who meet or exceed the product specifications and requirements will be considered for evaluation.
