The Contractor provides reviews and recommendations to the HIV Care Program policies and procedures to align with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B grant requirements. x The Contractor must provide technical assistance regarding training materials for Local Pharmacy Assistance Programs (LPAP) and Health Insurance Continuation (HIC) and other service categories to be consistent with both state and federal program rules. x The Contractor must provide guidance and training regarding health insurance acquisition for clients. x The Contractor must conduct an assessment of the current LPAP and HIC guidance policy and Standards of Care (SOC) and provide recommendations to comply with the RWHAP Payer of Last Resort requirements and enhance performance and accountability of grantees. x The Contractor must provide technical assistance and recommendations to the DSHS HIV Standards of Care (SOC) to align with the HRSA HAB guidance, requirements, and any new HRSA updates. 20 20 20 20 2. The Contractor must provide administrative support regarding the RWHAP reports x The Contractor must perform data entry necessary. x The Contractor must provide recommendations to DSHS materials and reports. x The Contractor must complete data entry for program Implementation Plan and WICY (Women, Infants, Children, and Youth) report. 15 15 15 45 15 15 15 45 3. The Contractor must complete assignments from the DSHS Care Services manager. x The Contractor must provide administrative updates on RWHAP and DSHS HIV program topics as directed by DSHS. x The Contractor must attend meetings as required by the DSHS HIV Care Services manager.
