Proposals must include specifications for a catalog of branded clothing options. All apparel should be new, unused, and not previously sold to another company. Clothing will be free of defect in material and workmanship. Vendors should submit multiple options for each clothing item type when possible (e.g., t-shirt, polo, hat, etc.) and designate the quality of the items they submit as “good, better, best.” When possible, vendors shall include at least one item matching each quality designation for each item type (e.g., one “good” jacket, one “better” jacket, and one “best” jacket) in their proposal submission. For item types which do not have these options, this must be annotated in the proposal submission. Color options shall also be included with the specifications submitted for each item. TRWD branding information is included in Attachment A. Any changes to logo files or branding made by TRWD, including changes for special orders, will be sent to the vendor prior to the order.
