* Skim pool surface to remove leaves, debris, and other contaminants. * Vacuum pool floor and walls as needed. * Brush pool walls, floor, and tile line to prevent algae and scale buildup. * Empty skimmer and pump baskets. * Inspect pool equipment (pump, filter, heater, chlorinator, etc.) for proper operation. * Check and adjust water level as needed. * Frequency: Twice per week Chemical Maintenance * Test pool water for pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and stabilizer levels. * Adjust chemicals to maintain optimal balance, adhering to local health regulations * Record chemical levels during each visit for documentation and compliance. * Frequency: Twice per week Chemical and Equipment Supply Monitoring * Monitor usage and stock levels of pool chemicals (e.g., chlorine, acid, algaecide). * Notify client when chemical supplies are low and provide restocking recommendations. * Inspect and report condition of pool equipment (e.g., pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators) * Provide proactive maintenance suggestions or alert for required repairs or replacements. * Frequency: Twice per week Support for Pool Cleaning * Provide additional support for deep cleaning as needed during seasonal changes or special events. * Perform backwashing of filters when necessary. Materials and Supplies * Service provider to supply all necessary testing kits and cleaning tools. * Chemicals may be provided by either service provider or client, as per agreement. * Equipment (e.g., pumps, filters) monitoring only; replacements or upgrades need to be approved and procured separately by the client unless otherwise stated.
