Tarleton State University (hereafter referred to as the "University") seeks proposals from qualified and experienced Event Booking Agencies and Talent Buyers to provide comprehensive concert and event booking services. The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with a single firm to provide comprehensive booking and event acquisition services for Tarleton State University’s EECU Center (“the Facility”), a multi-purpose venue with seating for up to 7,500 for basketball and up to 10,000 for concerts and other entertainment events. The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, contracting, and coordinating a diverse range of talent to support the Facility’s annual event calendar, ensuring successful and high-quality programming.
