Texas State University Athletics is soliciting for Bids for our upcoming 2025-2026 season athletic game day/events cleaning. Below are the specifications for the bid. Scope: Cleaning of bleachers, outdoor common areas and grounds. Work includes pickup and disposal of residual trash, removal of trash bags, sweeping the stands, and sweeping of the common areas. Cleaning shall begin approximately 1 hour following the completion of the event and may span throughout the night into the morning to ensure the facility is adequate for use the next day. Dumpsters and one golf cart are provided by Texas State, along with lighting at the facility. Texas State University competition schedules will be provided once available. Potential postseason competitions, facility rentals, special events, or high school competitions may be scheduled at each facility with minimal advance noticed.
