Specifications include, but are not limited to: Broadcast the livestream over the internet, across multiple platforms and to mobile devices including phones and tablets. Archive of meeting available the following day (not counting weekends) Video Clips of agenda items available after two days Archive available online for 6 months. The resolution of the video must be 1080P minimum. A sound system must be provided by bidders. AV Specialist on site for each meeting. Presenters will be able to join the meetings via Teams, Zoom or other platforms. Provide a link for the live stream at least Twenty-Five to Thirty (25-30) business day prior to the meeting. The link will require our agency chair approval. The link will be posted on the Agency website to direct visitors to the stream. Include an on-line interactive agenda tool for each meeting with a “marker” to indicate progress of the meeting agenda and current item being discussed. Meet or exceeds H.264 streaming service standards which provide for streaming across Microsoft, Apple, Android, and Mobile platforms.
