Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. Respondent shall perform the following tasks: a. Coordinate with TJJD facilities or probation department staff, community members, families, and schools; b. Be flexible in providing services in terms of location, time, planning, and response; c. Ensure evidence-based family and/or individual community-based interventions are implemented using model fidelity; d. Develop and facilitate all service activities in a manner consistent with best practices for youth within the juvenile justice continuum; e. Employ, train, and supervise adequate staff to achieve objectives reflective of the cultural and linguistic needs of the youth served; f. Bring together programs and services, working within multiple youth serving systems to: i. meet the individualized needs of youth and families; and ii. secure services from a network of providers and complete appropriate service authorization and agreements; and g. Develop an individualized plan with clearly identified goals, objectives, and expected outcomes for each youth placed in the service based on the youth’s identified risks and needs.
