AISD is interested in establishing a qualified list of contractors to provide Charter Bus services for student and / or employee travel. 2. Buses will be used for district related functions only. 3. Charter Bus services required will include transportation for athletic events (playoff games, etc.), educational field trips (museums, aquariums, etc.), UIL field trips (band competition, fine arts, etc.), and extracurricular and social activities (Sea World, NASA, etc.). 4. All employees of contractor shall be appropriately dressed in uniform, courteous, and wellmannered at all times. 5. Contractor shall have sufficient resources to be able to work multiple charters at the same time. 6. Buses shall be of late model, air conditioned, heated, and equipped with a clean, operating restroom. 7. Contractor may be required to provide individual bus maintenance records regarding inspection and repair at any time during the term of the contract. 8. The bus driver must remain with the bus at all times. If the driver must leave the bus at the point of destination or any stops in route, the bus MUST be secured and locked. 9. No one other than the driver or any individuals that are considered passengers shall be allowed access on the bus during the charter
