3.1 Engagement-Based Services Provide a cellular based system that supports traditional analog lines with expandablity for more numbers to be added as needed. Provide access for voice, HIPAA Compliant fax capabilities, elevator, alarm systems, POS systems, entry phones, public safety, and ring down circuits. Equipped with 2 different provider’s SIM cards with the best carrier signal and second best carrier signal, specific to each location (Addresses, Exhibit G.5) Equip with external antenna (if required) – maximum 100’ coax System to have battery back up for 24 hours minimum duration. System to provide event notifications System to be able to provide an ethernet backup if TMD desires A complete installation of equipment and cut-over of the numbers in the buildings (1) Entrance Facility (EF), or (2) Telephone Equipment Room (TER) or (3) as close as possible to the rooms without losing required carrier strength Engagement risks, assumptions, and constraints Various locations work Mon-Thurs, others work Tues-Fri Most installs will be schedule Tuesday – Thursday Possible more than 1 install per day at different locations within the same city Up to 3 regions of the State may be installed during the same week (Regions, Exhibit G.4) A minimum of 24 hour notice for installation cancellation must be provided to the local contact of the facility being installed
