Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this RFP. Services set forth that contain the words "must" or "shall" are mandatory and must be provided as specified with no alteration, modification, or exception. Services set forth that contain the words "may" or "can" allow Respondents to offer alternatives to the manner in which the commodities/services are provided. The requested services and corresponding deliverables are as follows: a) Economic Restructuring Training. The TMSP anticipates organizing multi-day trainings for managers twice during the contract period (typically February and June). These trainings cover a variety of topics, only one (1) of which is economic restructuring. In addition new managers or board members are provided basic training in conjunction with these meetings. Each of these trainings will be hosted by one (1) of our participating communities outside of the Austin region. Economic restructuring presentations at these trainings shall be approximately two (2) hours in length. TMSP staff will coordinate the logistics and organization of the meetings. The ER Contractor shall: 1. Design, develop, and present, at the above-mentioned meetings, training for new managers or board members regarding the basic tenets tenants of economic restructuring in the Main Street context as well as the responsibilities of the manager and ER Committee. 2. Design, develop, and present one (1) training session on different advanced economic restructuring topic or topics at each of the two (2) multi-day trainings for managers
