Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas A&M, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to administer an employee discount program and provide services to employees and retirees of Texas A&M University with the ability to extend those privileges to the entire Texas A&M System. If a specific System member has an employee discount program in place, the System member would have the option of adding the chosen vendors program. The services should include but are not limited to management of a customized website where employees could use a customized homepage based on their set preferences, find discounts they want from local and national vendors, special promotions, and/or online shopping with cash back and giveaways. The program will be available to all faculty and staff employees both active and retired at no cost. Proposals shall include solutions for successful hosting of a website where employees can find discounts that are redeemed online or by printing a coupon. The Agreement, if any, resulting from this RFP will convey to the successful Respondent an exclusive right to be the designated vendor to work with the Texas A&M Human Resources to provide an employee discount program.
