The Contractor shall provide services to the pool and fountain including but not limited to checking of overall appearance, pool levels, disinfectant residual, vacuum pumps, debris trap, pressure and vacuum gages, rate of flow indicators, filters, storage tanks, and air systems. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the overall maintenance of the pool and fountain is kept to the highest quality to include all necessary materials and equipment for all tasks stated below. The Contractor will be expected to understand the necessary requirement and preventative maintenance activities necessary to keep the pool in good mechanical working order. The Contractor will not only check the water quality but will make adjustments to ensure water quality and pool maintenance is in good order. Any damages incurred to the pool due to the Contractor’s negligence will be his/her responsibility.
