A. Guide and advise the City regarding construction, repairs, and improvements. B. Provide survey and environmental assessment services. C. Design projects, including but not limited to, obtaining sub-consultants in various general and specialized fields, conduct research, assist in permitting, assist with bidding and construction services as needed. D. Coordinate with the City and assist with FEMA, NRCS, USDA, and other Federal and State agencies regarding scope related to survey and environmental services pertaining planning, design, or construction and permitting. E. Prepare reports, estimates, presentations, and necessary coordination on behalf of the City regarding planning, design, or construction, or any other architecture related scope.
