The required services to be provided are SCADA Upgrade services as needed for the San Angelo State Supported Living Center (SGSSLC). 1. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Upgrade Services: a. Contractor will provide, install, and configure two new Dell computers. The Dell computers must meet or exceed the minimum specifications required for the latest version of VTScada software (a SCADA software developed to provide industrial monitoring, control, and reporting for critical infrastructure and manufacturing operations) applicable to Large System deployments. b. One computer will be for the operator workstation and the other will serve as the backup. c. Each of the computers’ setup shall include two 24-inch monitors. d. Each computer will come equipped with the following software: 1. VTSCADA 1000 Tag Development/Runtime License 2. Alarm Notification 3. VTSCADA Reports 4. Unlimited, VTSCADA Thin Clients 5. VTSCADA support for 1 year e. Contractor will provide and install an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for each computer. f. Contractor will hold a graphic workshop or meeting with the customer to customize the screens according to the customer’s needs. g. Contractor will send the San Angelo State School sample screens for approval. h. Contractor will conduct testing of the entire system to verify proper functionality. i. Contractor will provide $1,000.00 worth of scheduled VTSCADA training from VTSCADA. j. Contractor will provide one day of system training from RLC. k. Contractor will upgrade the two PanelView Plus 600 units on the filter panels to the latest PanelView Plus 7 models. l. Contractor will remove the CLA-VAL Controllers and add control to the PLC for all four Controllers into the PLC. m. Contractor will build screens for the filter panel mounted OIT to facilitate control, monitoring, and setpoint adjustments. n. Contractor will build a new Backplane for the Main PLC Panel, replacing all existing equipment with new components. o. Contractor will build a new Backplane for the Filter 1 Panel, replacing all existing equipment with new components. p. Contractor will build a new Backplane for Filter 2 Panel, replacing all existing equipment with new components. q. Contractor will build a new Backplane for the RO Panel, replacing all existing equipment with new components. r. Contractor will build anew Backplane for Well 1, replacing all existing equipment with new components. s. Contractor will build a new Backplane for Well 2, replacing all existing equipment with new components t. Contractor will provide, install, calibrate and commission (3) New Clamp-On Flow Meters. u. Contractor will provide, install, calibrate and commission (2) Pressure Indicating Transmitters.
