In accordance with the contract documents: One (1) 2,500 gpm rated vertical turbine well pump, potable groundwater well including header piping and controls, two (2) 60’ diameter, 500,000 gallon ground storage tanks (GST), one (1) 1,000,000 gallon composite elevated storage tank, three (3) 2500 gpm rated booster pumps, one (1) CMU building to house booster pumps with isolation for chlorine injection pumps, storage tank, controls, chlorine storage, MCC and electrical equipment, an 8' tall security fence and entrance gate, fine grading for site drainage and site prep, 6" thick concrete driveway, a permanent on site generator, and all items and descriptions shown in the construction drawings and or described in the specifications to provide a complete, in place, and ready to use water plant.
