Minimum Requirements: School Wide Events o Opening event or activity to engage the full student body and introduce program themes. o Engagement must be facilitated by an individual with demonstrated expertise and experience in student motivation, leadership, or academic success. o Event scheduled early in the program year at a mutually agreed-upon date. Targeted Student Group Programs o Regular in-person workshops for a defined group of students (minimum of 100 students served). o Conduct at least twice per month for a minimum of 6 months and 60 minutes each session. Estimated start date of October 6, 2025. o Literacy and leadership focused content with an emphasis on practical application and culturally relevant experiences. o Facilitate student exposure to content and experiences that are not typically available within our school community.
