Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive, full-service solution that would include, but not be limited to, whole child, holistic school-based health services that provides illness and injury care, medication administration, immunization compliance, state mandated screenings, case management; including, Individual Health Care Plans, Emergency Plans, IEP, etc., patient health education/health literacy, communicable disease outbreak management and mitigation, crisis intervention, and collaboration with parents/guardians, school staff, district support services, medical providers, and other community agencies; 2. Mix of RN, RN/CNA, RN/LVN or RN/LVN/CA etc. staffing solution for school-based health services. 3. Solution for comprehensive health care in schools. 4. Administration and adherence to protocol for Naloxone and Epinephrine in the district. 5. Capacity and willingness to work across AISD campuses, Departments (Counseling, Community Schools, Family Resource Centers, etc.), vertical teams, and campus administration.
